Warranty Policy

Limited Lifetime Warranty

• BOXO branded hand tools and tool storage cabinets are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.

• Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Limited-Term Warranty Products

Ratchets

• BOXO USA may repair ratchets using service kits when applicable.

Torque Tools

• Covered for 1 year from the purchase date.

• Calibration certification is not included.

Tool Bags

• Covered for 1 year from the purchase date.

• Damage from overloading, misuse, or improper storage is not covered.

Tool Storage

• Covered under Limited Lifetime Warranty.

• May include component replacement or structural repair when applicable.

Warranty Processing

• Warranty claims are typically reviewed within 3 business days after receiving required documentation.

• Warranty resolutions are handled case-by-case.

• BOXO USA may repair, replace, or service products at its discretion.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

• Replacement parts or products may ship freight-free at BOXO USA’s discretion.

• BOXO USA may require defective products to be returned for inspection before approval.

• Approved warranty claims may qualify for reimbursement of prepaid shipping costs.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does NOT cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse or abuse

• Product modifications or alterations

• Lack of maintenance or care

• Rust, discoloration, UV damage, or chemical exposure

• Damage caused by improper applications

• Wooden handles, rubber hammer faces, and plastic wear items

• Using products outside their intended design purpose

Examples include:

• Screwdrivers used as pry bars

• Chrome sockets used with impact tools

• Ground, welded, or modified tools

Normal Wear & Tear

Products expected to wear over time may not qualify for replacement, including:

• Files

• Punches

• Chisels

• Cutter blades

• Saw blades

• Screwdriver tips

• Knives

• Scribe tips

These claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Defects in Materials or Workmanship

Warranty coverage may apply to issues such as:

• Chrome peeling

• Cracking or breakage

• Welding defects

• Paint peeling

• Rust from manufacturing defects

• Fitment or alignment issues

• Stripped components

• Accuracy failures

BOXO USA reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility.

Serviceable Products

• Certain products may be repaired using service kits or authorized service centers.

• BOXO USA may choose repair instead of replacement when applicable.

Discontinued or Out-of-Stock Products

• If an exact replacement is unavailable, BOXO USA may provide a similar product replacement when possible.

• BOXO USA is not responsible for manufacturer discontinuations or shipping delays outside its control.

International Warranty Claims

• Warranty claims outside the Continental United States are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Final Warranty Statement

• BOXO USA’s Limited Lifetime Warranty is the sole warranty applicable to BOXO branded products.

• Warranty decisions are made exclusively by authorized BOXO USA representatives.

BOXO USA offers both Ground Shipping and Freight Shipping options depending on product size and weight.

Ground Shipping

Ground Shipping Eligibility

• Applies to small parcels that meet UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail size and weight requirements.
• Available within the Continental United States and Washington D.C.

Free Ground Shipping

• Orders with $600 or more in Ground-eligible products qualify for Free Shipping.
• Free shipping applies before taxes and discounts are calculated.
• Free shipping only applies to products eligible for Ground Shipping.

Expedited Shipping

• Faster shipping options may be selected at checkout for an additional cost.

PO Box Deliveries

• USPS is the only carrier able to deliver to PO Boxes.

Freight Shipping

Freight Shipping Eligibility

Freight shipping applies to oversized or heavy products including:

• Rolling toolboxes
• Countertops
• OSM products
• Large storage systems
• Oversized equipment

Freight Shipping Rates

Freight shipping is charged per pallet based on distance from BOXO USA Headquarters in Irvine, California.

Freight Shipping Zones

• Zone 1 (0–150 miles): $200 per pallet
• Zone 2 (151–300 miles): $325 per pallet
• Zone 3 (301–600 miles): $350 per pallet
• Zone 4 (601–1,000 miles): $475 per pallet
• Zone 5 (1,001–1,400 miles): $500 per pallet
• Zone 6 (1,401–1,800 miles): $575 per pallet
• Zone 7 (1,801–2,500 miles): $600 per pallet
• Zone 8 (2,501+ miles): $675 per pallet

Mixed Orders

• Orders containing both Freight and Ground-eligible products will automatically ship via Freight.
• No additional Ground shipping charges will apply on mixed Freight orders.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping

• Freight shipping to Alaska and Hawaii requires a custom shipping quote.
• Please contact customer service for assistance.

Freight Delivery Restrictions

• Freight shipments cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

Carrier Selection

• Customers may leave shipping requests or delivery instructions during checkout.
• BOXO USA reserves the right to select the shipping carrier at its discretion.
• Special carrier requests may not always be accommodated.

Signature Required Deliveries

• If "Signature Required" shipping is selected and delivery is missed, additional shipping charges may apply.
• BOXO USA is not responsible for missed delivery fees or re-delivery charges.

Order Returns & Cancellations

Return Authorization Requirement

• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being sent back.
• Returns without an approved RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unused and complete
• Include original packaging
• Include all accessories, manuals, and packing materials
• Be returned in the same condition as originally received

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or modified products
• Special-order products
• Assembled kits not returned in original condition

Restocking Fees

• Orders cancelled or returned after shipment may be subject to:
  • A 20% restocking fee
  • Return shipping costs

Damaged Shipments

Inspect Deliveries Immediately

• Customers should inspect all shipments upon delivery before signing for the package.

Freight Damage Claims

• If damage is found, it must be noted on the freight invoice before the carrier leaves.
• Freight carriers are responsible for damages that occur during transit.

Holiday Shipping Delays
