At Prime Shop Supply, we know that getting your gear from the warehouse to your shop floor is the final step in your build. We want to make that process as smooth as possible for you.

Our Shipping Promise: Free & Simple

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on our entire catalog. Whether you are ordering smaller tools or heavy-duty shop equipment, all smaller products ship free to any address residential or commercial no matter what.

Understanding Residential & Liftgate Deliveries

Our heavier equipment is substantial in weight and size, which requires specialized freight logistics to ensure it reaches you safely. To keep our prices fair for everyone, we use flat-rate surcharges only for these specific scenarios when shipping heavy items:

  • Residential Delivery ($50): If your order is headed to a home address, carriers charge a fee for maneuvering their large trucks into residential zones.

  • Liftgate Service ($75): Because this equipment is heavy, if you do not have a forklift or a loading dock, the driver needs to use a liftgate to safely lower your items to the ground.

  • The Full Treatment ($125): If you need both residential delivery and liftgate assistance, this bundle covers both services at a transparent, flat rate.

Freight Delivery Details

  • Transit Times: Heavy items typically take 5–10 business days for delivery after the order has been processed and picked up.

  • Curbside Delivery: Freight delivery is "Curbside Only." Drivers are responsible for lowering the pallet to the ground at the curb or the end of the driveway. They are not permitted to move equipment inside a garage or structure.

  • Appointments: The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the gear.

Inspection & Damage Policy

CRITICAL: PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING FOR DELIVERY You must inspect the pallet and packaging for any signs of damage before the driver leaves. Once you sign the delivery receipt, you are confirming the gear arrived in good condition.

  • Visible Damage: Note any tears, dents, or signs of impact on the delivery receipt (BOL) before signing.

  • Refusing Delivery: If the equipment is severely damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

  • Concealed Damage: Please report any damage found after unpacking within 48 hours.

BOXO USA offers both Ground Shipping and Freight Shipping options depending on product size and weight.

 


 

Ground Shipping

Ground Shipping Eligibility

Applies to small parcels that meet UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail size and weight requirements.
Available within the Continental United States and Washington D.C.

Free Ground Shipping

Orders with $600 or more in Ground-eligible products qualify for Free Shipping.
Free shipping applies before taxes and discounts are calculated.
Free shipping only applies to products eligible for Ground Shipping.

Expedited Shipping

Faster shipping options may be selected at checkout for an additional cost.

PO Box Deliveries
USPS is the only carrier able to deliver to PO Boxes.

Freight Shipping Eligibility

Freight shipping applies to oversized or heavy products including:

Rolling toolboxes
Countertops
OSM products
Large storage systems
Oversized equipment

Freight Shipping Rates

Freight shipping is charged per pallet based on distance from BOXO USA Headquarters in Irvine, California.

Freight Shipping Zones

Zone 1 (0–150 miles): $200 per pallet
Zone 2 (151–300 miles): $325 per pallet
Zone 3 (301–600 miles): $350 per pallet
Zone 4 (601–1,000 miles): $475 per pallet
Zone 5 (1,001–1,400 miles): $500 per pallet
Zone 6 (1,401–1,800 miles): $575 per pallet
Zone 7 (1,801–2,500 miles): $600 per pallet
Zone 8 (2,501+ miles): $675 per pallet

Mixed Orders

Orders containing both Freight and Ground-eligible products will automatically ship via Freight.
No additional Ground shipping charges will apply on mixed Freight orders.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping

Freight shipping to Alaska and Hawaii requires a custom shipping quote.
Please contact customer service for assistance.

Freight Delivery Restrictions

Freight shipments cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

 


 

Carrier Selection

Customers may leave shipping requests or delivery instructions during checkout.
BOXO USA reserves the right to select the shipping carrier at its discretion.
Special carrier requests may not always be accommodated.

Signature Required Deliveries

If "Signature Required" shipping is selected and delivery is missed, additional shipping charges may apply.
BOXO USA is not responsible for missed delivery fees or re-delivery charges.

 


 

Order Returns & Cancellations

Return Authorization Requirement

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being sent back.
Returns without an approved RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

Be unused and complete
Include original packaging
Include all accessories, manuals, and packing materials
Be returned in the same condition as originally received

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or modified products
Special-order products
Assembled kits not returned in original condition

Restocking Fees

Orders cancelled or returned after shipment may be subject to:
A 20% restocking fee
Return shipping costs

 


 

Damaged Shipments

Inspect Deliveries Immediately

Customers should inspect all shipments upon delivery before signing for the package.

Freight Damage Claims

If damage is found, it must be noted on the freight invoice before the carrier leaves.
Freight carriers are responsible for damages that occur during transit.

Holiday Shipping Delays

Shipping and delivery times may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or carrier delays.
BOXO USA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
