Shipping Methods

Freight Shipping Only

• All products ship via freight carriers only.

• Shipping is available within the contiguous (lower 48) United States.

• Standard parcel shipping services are not available for Fortisky Technologies products.

Free Freight Shipping

• Free freight shipping is available to:

  • Commercial business addresses

  • The nearest freight carrier terminal

Additional Delivery Services & Fees

Residential & Limited Access Delivery

• Residential delivery and limited-access locations incur an additional fee of $80.

• Limited-access locations may include:

  • Residential properties

  • Schools

  • Churches

  • Construction sites

  • Farms

  • Military bases

  • Other locations requiring special delivery arrangements

Lift Gate Service

• Lift gate service is available for an additional fee of $80.

• Lift gate service may not be available for certain products, including select scissor lifts.

• Customers should contact Fortisky Technologies before ordering to verify lift gate availability.

Required Information for Shipping

• Valid phone number

Orders cannot be shipped until all required information has been received.

Delivery Requirements

Customer Unloading Responsibility

• The buyer is solely responsible for unloading products from the delivery truck.

• Freight carriers do not provide unloading assistance unless lift gate service has been arranged.

Equipment Requirements

• A forklift or similar unloading equipment may be required.

• Some deliveries may require:

  • A loading dock

  • Lift gate service

  • Appropriate unloading equipment

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper unloading arrangements are available at the delivery location.

Delivery Inspection Requirements

Inspect Your Shipment Upon Arrival

• Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

• Inspect for:

  • Visible damage

  • Concealed damage

  • Missing parts

  • Shipping shortages

Reporting Freight Damage

• Any damage, shortage, or delivery issue must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or Delivery Receipt before signing.

• Failure to note damages at delivery may result in denial of freight damage claims.

• If no damage is noted, delivery will be considered accepted and complete.

Freight Terminal Pickup

• Customers may choose to pick up shipments from a local freight terminal.

• Terminal personnel can typically assist with loading products onto trailers or trucks.

• Contact Fortisky Technologies for assistance locating a freight terminal near you.

Warehouse Pickup

• Local pickup may be available directly from the Fortisky Technologies warehouse.

• Contact customer service for pickup availability and scheduling.

Order Cancellations

• Orders canceled after shipment has occurred will be subject to the company's Return Policy.

• Any applicable return shipping charges, freight charges, and restocking fees may apply.

Processing & Transit Times

Order Processing

• Typical handling time is 1–2 business days.

• Customers will receive an order confirmation email after purchase.

Shipment Notifications

• Once an order ships, customers will receive:

  • Tracking information

  • Shipment confirmation details

Transit Times

• Typical freight transit times range from 3–7 business days.

• Actual delivery times may vary based on location, carrier schedules, weather conditions, and other factors outside of Fortisky Technologies' control.

Delivery Hours

• Freight carriers typically deliver Monday through Friday.

• Standard delivery hours are between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM local time.

• A signature is required upon delivery.

Re-Delivery & Storage Fees

• Customers are responsible for any:

  • Re-delivery charges

  • Storage fees

  • Missed delivery fees

  • Carrier accessorial charges resulting from delivery issues

Policy Updates

• Fortisky Technologies reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

Returns

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being sent back.

• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included materials.

• Returns for reasons other than defects or warranty claims are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Customers are responsible for round-trip freight and shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Special-order or custom-configured products

• Products damaged by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or improper wiring

• Products damaged by environmental conditions such as rain, humidity, or corrosion

• Consumable and normal wear items

• Products returned without an RMA number or proof of purchase

• Products returned after the 30-day return period

Order Cancellations

• Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

• Orders canceled after shipment are subject to the standard return policy.

• Deposits on special-order products are non-refundable.

Warranty

Limited Warranty Coverage

• Fortisky Wheel Service Equipment is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

• During the warranty period, Fortisky Technologies will repair or replace defective parts at its discretion.

• Approved warranty replacement parts ship free of charge.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Shipping damage

• Abuse, misuse, or negligence

• Improper installation or maintenance

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Damage caused by operating the product outside intended use

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Product model number

• Serial number

• Description of the issue

• Photos if requested
