Description

The Fortisky FL-120AX is a 12,000 lb asymmetric 2-post car lift with an overhead design built for shops that prioritize vehicle door clearance without giving up capacity or safety. The asymmetric column arrangement rotates the vehicle slightly off-center relative to the columns, which gives you significantly more door swing room during servicing — a real practical advantage when you are getting in and out of the vehicle frequently on the lift. Delivery Requirements

Customer Unloading Responsibility

Returns

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being sent back.

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included materials.

  • Returns for reasons other than defects or warranty claims are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Customers are responsible for round-trip freight and shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Special-order or custom-configured products

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or improper wiring

  • Products damaged by environmental conditions such as rain, humidity, or corrosion

  • Consumable and normal wear items

  • Products returned without an RMA number or proof of purchase

Order Cancellations

  • Fortisky Wheel Service Equipment is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

  • During the warranty period, Fortisky Technologies will repair or replace defective parts at its discretion.

  • Approved warranty replacement parts ship free of charge.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Shipping damage

  • Abuse, misuse, or negligence

  • Improper installation or maintenance

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Damage caused by operating the product outside intended use
