Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Wooden handles, rubber hammer faces, and plastic wear items

Normal Wear & Tear

Products expected to wear over time may not qualify for replacement, including:

  • Punches

  • Chisels

  • Cutter blades

  • Knives

  • Scribe tips

These claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Defects in Materials or Workmanship

Warranty coverage may apply to issues such as:

Ground Shipping

Ground Shipping Eligibility

  • Applies to small parcels that meet UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail size and weight requirements.
  • Available within the Continental United States and Washington D.C.

Free Ground Shipping

  • Orders with $600 or more in Ground-eligible products qualify for Free Shipping.
  • Free shipping applies before taxes and discounts are calculated.
  • Free shipping only applies to products eligible for Ground Shipping.

Expedited Shipping

  • Faster shipping options may be selected at checkout for an additional cost.

PO Box Deliveries

  • USPS is the only carrier able to deliver to PO Boxes.

Freight Shipping Rates

Freight shipping is charged per pallet based on distance from BOXO USA Headquarters in Irvine, California.

Freight Shipping Zones

  • Zone 1 (0–150 miles): $200 per pallet
  • Zone 2 (151–300 miles): $325 per pallet
  • Zone 3 (301–600 miles): $350 per pallet
  • Zone 4 (601–1,000 miles): $475 per pallet
  • Zone 5 (1,001–1,400 miles): $500 per pallet
  • Zone 6 (1,401–1,800 miles): $575 per pallet
  • Zone 7 (1,801–2,500 miles): $600 per pallet
  • Zone 8 (2,501+ miles): $675 per pallet

Mixed Orders

  • Orders containing both Freight and Ground-eligible products will automatically ship via Freight.
  • No additional Ground shipping charges will apply on mixed Freight orders.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping

  • Freight shipping to Alaska and Hawaii requires a custom shipping quote.
  • Please contact customer service for assistance.

Freight Delivery Restrictions

  • Freight shipments cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

Carrier Selection

  • Customers may leave shipping requests or delivery instructions during checkout.

Signature Required Deliveries

  • If "Signature Required" shipping is selected and delivery is missed, additional shipping charges may apply.

Order Returns & Cancellations

Return Authorization Requirement

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being sent back.
  • Returns without an approved RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and complete
  • Include original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and packing materials
  • Be returned in the same condition as originally received

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Restocking Fees
